Choosing the right platform for a judo club's online presence is crucial for its growth and community engagement. While Facebook is a popular and versatile social network, Judo Connect offers specific advantages tailored to the needs and aspirations of judo clubs. Here are three main reasons why Judo Connect is a better choice for a judo club compared to using Facebook as their primary social network:

Congratulations to Mich who completed his line up today, earning him his black belt! Mich had 5 fights and won them all by Ippon 💪🏼 ✔️🥋

Mich joined us from Cameroon through our University Judo club and has made outstanding progress since January.

Geraldine, another member from our Teesside University Judo club, also competed today. She won 4, lost 1 and drew 1, taking her to a total of 80 Dan grade points.

Mary fought really well despite being just 15, earning herself some dan grading points, however, picked up an injury. Speedy recovery Mary!

How it started vs how it finished! Francis at the Sheffield University Kyu Grade Tournament. Won his 1st, broke his hand in the 2nd, was unable to escape osaekomi on the 3rd due to hand, then won his 4th with a broken hand! 🏆🥋
Throughout, his Judo was fantastic to watch accompanied by great sportsmanship! Very well done!
We wish Francis a speedy recovery and to be back on the mat in no time!

Congratulations to all our wonderful squad players who fought very bravely at Wycombe today in the 61 judo club green belt and under competition. Amy won silver, Nicole won gold, Jimmy came very close to medals (still refusing to discuss the refs decision), and poor Mia was badly injured having started really well. Best wishes to Mia and wishing her a speedy recovery. Photos to follow - laptop blew up earlier and can't do it on this one!
Judo teddy has finally gone to a good home and is now the club mascot for Osaka with winning ticket 60. Tickets 205 and 175 picked up the chocolates. Tha

We need to say a huge well done to Sophie today. Sophie competed in the Scottish National Closed competition. This superstar got a silver!

As you can see, Sophie also picked up an injury and has a dislocated elbow. She has since had surgery to pop it back into place and will have a significant recovery time.

This is one of those horrible risks of contact sports and we know how hard is for competitors and their families. We are all thinking of Sophie (and parents Jean and David) as she recovers. We’re behind you all the way.

Congratulations on your well deserved silver meda
