First up was Tommy, who was in a group of 5. Tommy won all four of his contests picking up a gold medal for his efforts. Pulled out a very nice uchi mata in one of his contests.

Josh followed soon after. In his group of 4 he lost his first fight, won his second, then narrowly lost his last fight. Bronze for Josh today, but some good work on the mat!

Morgan started his Judo journey at the age of 5, he’s now turning into a teenager and still attending Judo every week.

Another busy day for the team!

The ashi-waza technical session was delivered today by Karakas Hedvig JUDO ❤️

The mat was very busy today and Randori was done in 4 groups. Our guys got in some great matches 💪💚

We made it back to the hostel for a quick shower and then out to watch the final block of the Senior European Championships 👏👏

After dinner we went for a walk, grabbed and ice cream and picked up more camp provisions from the supermarket.
