Core Judo Championships
Alana started the day with a strong performance winning 4/5 contests to walk away with the silver medal🥈.
In the boys team event, our two groups were each awarded well deserved bronze medals.
The lightweights William and Alvaro, won all of their matches by Ippon and even threw in some lightning fast Tai Otoshis. ⚡
Ajai, Juliao and Yahya all threw, won fights and had some incredibly close contests with players of a heavier weight category. 👏🥉
So very proud of my team today!

It has been a busy weekend for Ippon Judo London. 🚀
On Saturday a team of 11 judoka competed at the Core Judo Championships. For many, it was their first step into competitive judo. All demonstrated determination and positive judo. We came away with a big scoop of shiny trophies and medals. 🏆👏
Today, Lola battled her way through the group at the NHC Regional British Schools Championships. She won her first three contests with quick ippons before being countered in the final to get silver. 🥈
Well done to all of our players who competed this weekend. Fantastic work! 🙌
