Trevor started judo at the age of 11, approximately 1 year after Faversham Judo Club was formed, there were several judo clubs in and around Faversham and with his love of the sport Trevor trained at most of them.

The Martial Arts Community Hub

Andy and I, alongside our friends Karim and Tracey at Cho's Tae Kwon Do have taken over the running of Ferniegair Hall and created the Martial Arts Community Hub.

As well as being the new full time premises for both martial arts schools we are extremely proud to have been able to accommodate the vast majority of the existing residents who have used this community facility for many, many years.

Alongside the martial arts which will be taking place in the new Dojo/Dojang space we have two other areas ready to welcome local clubs and activities.

We had an amazing day today at Highstead Grammar School in Sittingbourne, promoting Sittingbourne based Senshuken Judo Academy and celebrating the opening of the schools fantastic new sports hall. Ten packed sessions held back to back with lots of well behaved and eager girls.
