Congratulations to Amber for achieving her 2nd Dan on Saturday. This is a massive achievement for Amber as she has overcome a major injury resulting in having a PCL reconstruction.

Congratulations to Matty on a well-earned 5th place in his international debut at the European Senior Cup in Gaia, Portugal. He proved himself internationally with a fantastic ippon win and later fought for a bronze medal. Although no medal this time he did gain European and domestic ranking points. He has shown exciting prospects for the future.

This weekend we were very excited to learn the black belt theory starting with kata. These young judokas have been accumulating competition points and are now looking to have the theory signed off ready for achieving their 1st Dans. We wish them good luck!
