See you on Thursday at the later time of 6:30pm - 7:30pm for juniors and 7:30pm - 8:30pm for seniors. The park will be floodlit from 6:30pm.

In our Zoom classes we have been exploring the relationship between judo training and other sports. We have learnt how arm wrestlers use strategy to out play their opponent, as we do in judo.
Keep practicing your arm wrestling knowledge in order to improve your technique, as well as strengthen your fingers, wrists and forearms. 💪
