Junior focused judo every Tuesday 6.30 till 8pm. Went through a couple of useful turnovers and did some groundwork fighting this evening before throw training on crash mats. Fun, useful training.

A fantastic return to the club tonight. Both sessions well attended especially considering it’s still the Easter holidays. Ellie Sensei took a great junior session whilst I organised a senior class who were very receptive even though one armed demonstrations aren’t the best!

Our Senior session was very well attended for our 'BJJ for Judo' class

Vic Scott provided us with the ground basics, turnovers and guard sweeps with an incredibly powerful choke. The night ended in half an hour of newaza randori!
