Wednesday was the last judo session of the year. Unfortunately there were fewer numbers in the junior session than expected and sadly they missed their Christmas gifts. However those who were there warmed up with some exercises and their breakfalls. They followed this with some cartwheels which are improving so keep up the hard work, then we’ll progress to one handed cartwheels!! They then split into pairs to practice some turnovers before ending the year with some games, cat and mouse, crab football and a final game of sumo.
