Well done to everyone who attended our extended sessions today.

Our Judo kids and Juniors went very well, led by both Sensei Kyle and I. Everybody had fun and proud of our Junior members.

Our Senior session was very well attended for our 'BJJ for Judo' class

Vic Scott provided us with the ground basics, turnovers and guard sweeps with an incredibly powerful choke. The night ended in half an hour of newaza randori!

Thanks to Sam for her assistance as always and we look forward to seeing everyone next week at the same times!
