Junior focused judo every Tuesday 6.30 till 8pm. Went through a couple of useful turnovers and did some groundwork fighting this evening before throw training on crash mats. Fun, useful training.

Another fantastic weekend for Miramar players
Over inVenray Mikey Lomas earned a bronze medal!
At Sheffield Matt Burley took a bronze,
James Hogan and Ruby Plane both won gold!
Oh and Ruby went to South Shields to get the last of her points for her 1st Dan, the day after her 15th Birthday
well done to everyone else that competed over the weekend there was some encouraging Judo on display

Team Miramar Judo Club is in Liverpool today at the 3rd Liverpool Open Tournament. The first players have already checked in and we're waiting for news. We have Hanna and Micha Kasprus, Ruby Plane is going in the cadets and the seniors, Dominik Budell and Tom Burley in the youth team. Louis Cowlishaw and Aarron Harper represent us in the senior competition. Darek Budell (entered as "Dariusz" and thinks we won't know it's him), and Matt Burley are in the masters' event. Thanks to Alicia Plane for providing the entry list. Good luck everybody!
