Everyone did brilliantly with a lot of work on Mune, Kesa and yoko shio gatame and a few escapes

Judokas of the night were Jack, Hannah and Jasmine , with Jasmine being the stand out on the night.

Our beginners basics and fundamentals is open to all ages and abilities. Thursday 6:30 to 7:30 and from September we’ll be running a session on Monday too. Start from £5 per session or £40 for 8 sessions and a free judo suit 🥋
