Many thanks to Chris Hearn bandidobjj and everyone theresistanceldn for awarding me three stripes on my belt - 3rd degree black BJJ and 3rd dan Judo never thought I would still be training after stepping on the mats aged 11 , well done to everyone else who also graded .. don’t give up !

This coming Thursday 25th I’ll be running a grading for those wishing to grade for their blue belts at kimura judo club in Welwyn garden city 7.30 pm ..and if Matt lets me maby do some techniques with the class after the grading 👍
