My good friend Phil Russell has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. If you know about this, you will know it's not a great outlook.

We are looking to raise funds for Phil for future care. Phil is a family guy and has 2 kids, he is only 47 years old.

Kodokwai is excited to support Elite Martial Arts SpruceGrove with the 'Kids Helping Kids' Super seminar on April 13.

This is a day of Jiu-Jitsu seminars, with an open mat rollathon and the chance to help raise funds for Little Warriors.

The entry fee is $20 and can be found through the QR code pictured. This is a charity event to raise funds for Little Warriors and every $20 raised gets an entry into a prize draw, and every $200 raised (or more) becomes eligible to win a PlayStation 5.

It’s officially Movember and we are starting our campaign to raise awareness for Men’s health. Three of the most strapping lads in the club are growing their Stache. We will document our progress throughout the month, we will also be running some fundraisers activities that we will announce soon.
