This is a sacrifice throw.
1, Wrap both arms around your uke'swaist from their right side.
2, Pulling in close to uke.
3, Then lift up and fall backward to throw uke over your left shoulder.

Gemma Howell might be destined to become a maths teacher but a simple equation has kept her pushing through the pain barrier in pursuit of judo glory.
