Two brilliant sessions today. We had the seniors looking at action reaction finishing with sacrifice throws and the kids doing Harai Goshi and Koshi Guruma.

Next session is Tuesday (2nd May) 1800-1915 for Juniors and 1930-2100 for Seniors. Come on down and enjoy the fun.
