Choosing the right platform for a judo club's online presence is crucial for its growth and community engagement. While Facebook is a popular and versatile social network, Judo Connect offers specific advantages tailored to the needs and aspirations of judo clubs. Here are three main reasons why Judo Connect is a better choice for a judo club compared to using Facebook as their primary social network:

He has stepped into the role this month. But has been in Drake Judo for many years now running our Par classes! To introduce him to you all we have got him to answer some questions ❓❓

1. What inspired you to get involved with judo?

When I was a child, my mum decided to take my older brother and me to a local judo club because we were constantly fighting at home. She hoped it would help channel our energy in a more positive direction.

2. How long have you been involved with and supporting the judo community, and what k

It's almost time to celebrate our amazing summer graduates ✨🥂

For radiography alumna Elle (BSc Hons Diagnostic Radiography 2023), her graduation day was extra special. 13 years after her mum, Lisa, graduated from the same course! 🎓

Elle posed with her mum Lisa on her graduation back in 2010. She then returned to the same spots 13 years later to celebrate her own achievements.

Thanks to Elle and Lisa for sharing their lovely story with us! 💙 If you're graduating this summer and have a story you want to share, please do get in touch! Either send us a message or email us at socialmedialiverpo

We had two competitors today travel to York for a Development Competition!

Charlie was up first and won his first with some solid attacks, his opponent picking up shidos and being disqualified. In his second fight he went down a waza ari score and had to really fight to get that score back. He managed to throw his opponent twice for waza ari, securing the win and gold medal! 🥇

Jay was in one of the last groups of the day, having been moved from the junior to senior categories to gain more fights. Jay had three fights and threw each opponent for the maximum ippon score, also gaining a gold m
