Alan Jones MBE will be leading the first No-Gi Judo pilot event in Wales for British Judo. There will be a one hour coaching session on No-Gi Judo highlighting the rules & regulations this will be followed by a competition.
Players will be placed into pools of 3, 4, 5 or 6 based upon their gender, age, grade, weight & competition experience with the aim to create meaningful contests and provide fighters with as much contest t
