Dear Players/Parents - A reminder that Judo sessions continue throughout July. Our two remaining Wednesday sessions (tonight 24.07 and 31.07) will be on Badminton Court 2 and the session on Monday 29.07 will be on Badminton Court 1. 31.07 will be the infamous HARIBO NIGHT for the Juniors!!

Every Monday night 6pm to 7.15pm @ Cotswold Leisure Centre
Mat Fee only £6
This class looks at a range of real-world scenarios where a Woman might need to defend themselves.
The class encourages self-confidence and physical confidence.
The class looks at a range of Judo and Ju-Jitsu techniques and is a physical class.
Only basic levels of fitness and flexibility will be required to start the class, and increased fitness

Well done to Rob Fryer who placed 5th in the o100kg at The High Wycombe Masters on Sat 25th May. It was a very warm and very long day having weighed in at 10am and not called to fight until 5pm.. 7 hours! That's dedication for you!
