Cirencester Judo Club - Women Only Judo and Self-Defence Classes, for girls and Women aged 12yrs and older.
Every Monday night 6pm to 7.15pm @ Cotswold Leisure Centre
Mat Fee only £6
This class looks at a range of real-world scenarios where a Woman might need to defend themselves.
The class encourages self-confidence and physical confidence.
The class looks at a range of Judo and Ju-Jitsu techniques and is a physical class.
Only basic levels of fitness and flexibility will be required to start the class, and increased fitness
