The end of the academic year is upon us. Before you all go away and enjoy your summer break, we have one more training session on Tuesday and one more social on Friday.
Training is as normal – 04th June 20:00 Studio at Goodwin Sports Centre.
Social – Awards evening - 07th June 18:30 at Kommune (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HH...
If I don’t see you at either of these, thank you for being part of the club, we hope you have enjoyed it, from me and the rest of the committee!

🔻With the beginners 👶🏼 we have worked on stability and balance introducing Tai OToshi and SeioToshi. With chest control ⤵️ in Newaza, we further worked on Mune Gatame position 🔗

🔻With the juniors we worked on dynamic movement setting up a variety of throws. With primary focus on Tsuri Komi Goshi power hand, the juniors worked on speed of entry and rotation 🔁. On the ground we have refreshed the Jockey newaza series & 🇬🇪 series.
