With the Women's Olympic team prepping for their upcoming competitions, Ceri went up to join all these fantastic female judoka today with welsh_judo to celebrate girls and women in judo.
Fab effort from everyone involved, lots of giggles, lots of good energy, lots of fun!

🇬🇧Cadet Champs // Niusha🥉
We were coming to win; but Niusha lost her opening contest to a girl from Scotland, who put on a great performance throughout the day to take a deserved 1st place.
Niusha dropped down to the repechage, rallied with 3 hard fought wins against tough opposition to take a bronze & another medal at British Championship level! 🥉
Thanks to coaches on the day jasmineleigh_xo & craigewerss as well as karlthegas & neilrogersuk8725 & all the training partners at CEA.
