There was no time to celebrate for golf scholar Ellie though - straight off the 18th green and back to the library to study for an exam the next morning.

Ellie said: “It’s amazing. I can’t quite believe it. It’s a big achievement and an amazing honour to win on a course that will be hosting The Open this year.”
