What a great ‘movement’ to join, and so proud that our club now provides free sanitary products with the support from JudoScotland & Fab Little Bag.
We aim to create an inclusive environment for all members so hopefully this latest step moves us closer to achieving that! 🤞🏻#betterthanyesterday #periodpositive #girlssport

DESTINATION KATA
What a fun- packed informative weekend of kata.
It was great to have representation from 10 different judo clubs over the UK all coming together to learn Katame no kata, Nage no Kata & itsutsu no kata.
Huge thanks to Dave Horton Jones for making the trip to Scotland and for his time, effort and, of course, patience. 🥋🥋

We are proud to be part of a new initiative from FabLittleBag and JudoScotland that provides free and easy-to-access period products for the judo community!
Periods can sometimes affect someone's ability to partake in sport (especially an unexpected one!), so by having accessible products within the club, we hope to give our members some extra confidence to train and break the stigma around periods 💪

Scottish school summer holidays are coming to an end and Projudo fighters have been busy making the most of the last days of the break.
Parklands youngsters had a great week of judo, games and fun at our annual summer camp.
Our young squad have just come back from a fantastic week in Devon. Sun sea surf and hard judo training to help them grow in confidence and skill.
Some of these youngsters will make a quick turnaround be joined by team mates from the club and judo Scotland at the summer camp in Kendal .
Meanwhile our cadets are heading off to Valencia for a weeks training in the sun

Massive well done to Ben and Sensei Beth who were both selected to represent London area Judo their respected teams last weekend at the prestigious National Teams Championships in Wolverhampton where they helped their senior women’s and cadet/ junior teams make the finals with some nice wins to help their teams. Both finished with silver Medals after tough battles in the finals against The NHC and Scotland. #well down to all who competed, coaches and officiated making this again such an exciting event for all.
