Thank you to @osterley_judo_club kinryujc and ipponjudolondon for coming together with us to create a great development event for some of our youngest judoka. 40 children took part assisted by 6 coaches and 6 volunteers and it was a whole lot of fun. The judoka gave of their best and showed great skill. Positive attitudes, friendship and respect were the real names of the game and we just loved it!

She was with us for many years, progressing to 2nd dan and again competing internationally. She’s now focused on Olympic lifting and in Birmingham she won a Commonwealth silver medal. Suffice it to say, she’s a unit!
