Here are three main reasons why Judo Connect is a better choice for a judo club compared to using Facebook as their primary social network:

Well done Hari Crowley! We are so proud of you for travelling to Antwerp this weekend to represent the club. It’s the first time on the main international circuit and you won one of your fights and gained experience and did yourself proud!!!

For those of you who don’t know, the Antwerp Ippon Trophy sees over 1000 judoka from all over Europe (including Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Britain) come together to compete. It can be daunting stepping in to any competition but to travel abroad and be against so many of the best from various different countries takes a whole n

As usual, the camp drew 400 of the top Seniors and Juniors, and Cadets, including World and European medallists, from Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Bosnia, Belgium, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine. The standard was high, as the Serbian professional clubs, with local and Japanese coaches, make up 4 of Europe’s top 16. While the learning was steep, credit goes to Maria and Jack, for their resilience as well as to their engagemen

2 of our squad players travelled out to Riga in Latvia to compete in the 12th international Kyodai judo tournament.

Unfortunately Robbie lost to an Estonian in the first round after dominating the fight and making a mistake and getting caught for ippon. But comes away with his head held high.
