Choosing the right platform for a judo club's online presence is crucial for its growth and community engagement. While Facebook is a popular and versatile social network, Judo Connect offers specific advantages tailored to the needs and aspirations of judo clubs. Here are three main reasons why Judo Connect is a better choice for a judo club compared to using Facebook as their primary social network:

Great to see the fitness improvements every week in our players who have been attending our outdoor sessions.

Here are some of them at the end of a 5km run today in Mabie Forest.

We split up the sessions based on fitness, so there is a group suitable for everyone, get in touch if you want to join in.

Approaching a competition with the right mindset and strategy is crucial. Here's what you should focus on taking from the experience:

2. **Feedback**: Use feedback from coaches, judges, or peers to refine your techniques and strategies. Constructive criticism is invaluable for growth.

3. **Self-Assessment**: Assess your performance objectively. Reflect on your mental state, physical condition, and how you ma

Zakira has been with Bromley Judo Academy since 24th September 2021 she has shown a persistence in learning judo with a gradual building up of confidence in her own ability. After several gradings she started to show an interest in wanting to coach which the Academy had endorsed and as such she entered into our Young/Youth Coaching Development Programme. Didn't get the results you wanted over the weekend?

Let's get back to training 💥

You should be actively looking to address the weaknesses in your game.

Work your weak spots in sparring, if you get tapped, who cares! It's training, the training room is used to improve and implement skills you aren't strong with (yet) if you always play your 'A' game in every round, you won't develop new skills.

The training room is not a competition, leave your ego at home 🙏

Concentrate on skill acquisition and improvement.

See you at training 🥋

Looking to secure yourself a role after you graduate? 🔒 💡 Juan Ruiz Perez, Graduate Marketing Associate shares his tips!

I exchanged CV’s with friends to see where I could improve mine and spoke with the Careers and Development team to learn how to respond to questions and ask the right questions during interviews. I would also recommend taking short-term opportunities if a permanent role isn’t possible – I took part in a 2-week internship in October 2023 wh
