Choosing the right platform for a judo club's online presence is crucial for its growth and community engagement. While Facebook is a popular and versatile social network, Judo Connect offers specific advantages tailored to the needs and aspirations of judo clubs. Here are three main reasons why Judo Connect is a better choice for a judo club compared to using Facebook as their primary social network:

Chokes, strangles and armlocks was the subject of this evenings judo session. We then finished off with randori and line ups. Good session with everyone putting everything into their judo. Tonight we had a class full of future stars. Well done everyone. A big thanks to Maurice, Frank and Debbie for their valuable input. A great class!!

Judo is based on two main principles: maximum efficiency with minimum effort and mutual welfare and benefit. The first principle means using your opponent’s force to your advantage, instead of fighting it directly. The second principle means respecting yourself and others, and helping each other grow. Judo also teaches you how to use different techniques such as throws, pins, joint locks, and chokes to defeat your opponent in a safe and controlled way. Judo is not only a physical activity, but also a mental and moral discipline. It helps you develop your strength, agility, balance, coordinatio
