Latest round of Koka kids certificate winners at Harlow Judo club last night. Good effort all round. Have a good summer. Please note the club will be open all over the holiday.

Harlow Judo Clubs latest additions to a very long list of black belts are Vladislav Sarunov and Lewis Ball. Mick Ellis the Senior coach at the club was extremely pleased to make the award of the converted black belts to both players on Monday 22nd July. He stated the awards showed what hard work can achieve. Both players arrived at our club less than two years ago as novices. In addition to gaining their black belts they have also gained their KATA certificates. It is hoped that they will now take on the responsibility for the KATA training for future members of Harlow Judo Club. Congratulati

Ian won 2 fights in his Dan grade which gave him a line up. He went on to win one of them fights gaining him another 30 points towards his blackbelt today. He now has 70, only 30 to go!! He was entered into others line ups and ended up having 10 fights today. 😴😴🥋🥋⚫️

2 very busy classes tonight even though it's a bank holiday. Senior class had 5 new beginners this evening, so a excellent turn out.

A massive well done to Ralfy who fought fantastic today at the Welsh Cadet Open. Out of his usual weight category. 2 large pools on 2 mats then a cross over. He Won 2 and lost 2 earning him a very respectable 7th place and more national experience gained. Well done Ralfy. We are all proud of you 💚💙💛🏴🏆💪

Today we took a squad of 14 Judoka's to the UEL, for the London Area Development Event. There were some brilliant fights and as a club we walked away with 13 Medals in total. Congratulations to all that fought today, you were amazing 🥋🥇🥈🥉👏🌟
