Amazing results for the JKD-Kali Northampton team. Damien teaches out of BST Academy a few fays a week. Please contact them for more information
7 members of the Strike Team went to Poland to fight in the GSBA World Stickfighting champions. The team did Team GB proud and we took a total of 8 World Titles (Gold), 7 Silvers and 5 Bronze medals. We all go with individual targets in our heads which will add to the collective results, but it was an event of many firsts and unique events, including a first World Championship event for 5 of our team, a First World Title for Carl and Marco and my

In line with our force priority, Violence Against Women and Girls, we continue to work with our communities to provide valuable life skills to help keep them safe.
The session at the BAPS Swaminrayan Mandir in Wellingborough was arranged by the Neighbourhood Policing Team, delivered by Claire Reilly from the BST Academy in Northampton.
It was good turnout with eldest participant 97 years old. The advice was later shared in Gujarati.

We are shining the spotlight on another of our 'sporting heroes', Henry Pollock. Henry joined Beachborough School in 2008, and after discovering a love for rugby at an early age, he could always be found with a rugby ball in hand every break time.
Henry was a key member of the victorious team, at the Sibford Sevens U12 Festival in 2017, before going on to play for the U13A side, during his final year. His prowess didn't go unnoticed, when he was quickly snapped up by Northampton Saints Academy, at just 13 years old. Henry's rugby career has gone from strength-to-strength, and in recent years
