Me and Phil have been to many corners of the Earth to compete, ups and downs of course but always memorable experiences. We trained through Covid and he has always helped me with general life advice and tips when opening the gym.

It was great to be able to give back using the club and the Jiu Jitsu community to raise funds for his battle with Motor Neurone Disease.

Congratulations to Rory on his bronze medal at todays Bonsai Kyoso in Livingston. This is the first of a new type of event in Scotland with a very interesting format.

Thursdays classes at St Maurices have moved into the small gym as the School is using the sports hall for the highers.

We have got that Friday Feeling today after a good week at the gym.
