We are really excited to share with you that Love To Move is expanding, and we will be starting a new course of sessions in the Dolman Theatre, Newport, starting this September!
Love to Move at The Dolman will be running every Monday from 1.30-2.30pm, starting on Monday 16th September. As we have managed to secure funding to deliver these sessions, we are delighted to announce that they will be free of charge. Carers are welcome to attend with those they support.

Awesome effort from everyone. Stand up wrestling was 🔥 and take downs were 🔥 jiujitsu and Grappling flowed straight into some great sparring rounds. Looking forward to next week.

Awesome day out at Pro Sport Grappling the day was fruitful, and well run as always.
3 competitors and came away with 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals. Wes and Jake were both competing for the first time and took 3 medals between them and had an amazing experience and can't wait to do the next comp. Zack as usual showing an amazing experienced performance with 2 submissions for Gold. Thanks to all who competed and all clubs and affiliations that turned up to make it a great day. Oss #chepstowbjj #pedrobessa
