After all the excitement of the last few weeks, with Gradings and our championships, our last sessions before the summer break last night were all about just having fun and finishing the season on a high 😊

Congratulations to our FIV children, who performed in their production of "I'm a 9-Year-Old... Get Me Out of Here!" this week.

From the school dinner surprise to special memories and all the 'cringe'-worthy moments, the children created a show that was full of laughter and excitement.

It was clear to see that they had worked exceptionally hard on their singing, dancing, and acting, and we'd like to thank the wonderful FIV team for supporting them along the way.

🎥 Boom!! Old School Judo - A Blast from the Past! 🥋

Last Friday’s judo session at Northbrook had us feeling like we stepped back in time! The energy was electric, and the numbers were cracking, giving us an incredible sense of those old school Northbrook judo vibes. 💥

As we stepped onto the mat, a wave of nostalgia washed over me. It was like being transported to a time when judo in the dojo was pure, raw, and full of passion.

The #Dojo was buzzing with excitement as we engaged in randori. The spirit of the clubs original judo OG who once graced these very mats seemed to be present. 💪

AMAZING Day for BEXLEY at the London Youth Games. Pretty much every year we enter LYG we come away with a medal. In the past we have won Boys Team, Bronze, Silver and Gold. We are so happy NOW The Girls Team have taken there first Bronze medal, ever and the brand new Boy Team that have little competition experience ALSO Won Bronze.
