#judoka but what else do I do?

Long time club member, black belt and judo coach Harry bought a bike during the pandemic and decided to give himself a new challenge!
Harry complete his first Sprint triathlon 2021 which consisted of:
Swim 750 metre
Cycle 20km
Run 5km
Harrry completed 5 sprint triathlons in 2023 and his plan for 2024 is to take part in an Olympic Distance Triathlon and maybe 1/2 Iron man!
