neiladamsjudo is one of the most well-known judoka British judoka, and famously wont the 1981 World Championship with this arm lock.

Juji-Gatame (Arm lock)

There are several breakfalls (backwards, sideward, forward, and rolling). All share a few key points:
1, While your parent is on all fours take back control
2, Insert one leg between uke's elbow and knee with your foot going all the way through
3, Catch uke's arm on the same side, and use your head and other arm to post and keep your
