Our qualified coaches are interested in providing: Learn how to fall safely courses on Monday evenings dates TBC.
We are looking to do some dedicated courses concentrating on how to fall safely for all ages.

Said goodbye to Phil today
During the eulogy talking about being a forklift and lorry driver. I smiled at a memory of Phil telling me he fell out of the back lorry, he went straight into Mae Ukemi (forward breakfall) got up an brushed himself off.
Then looked around to see if anyone was watching, secretly hoping....they would have been impressed 🥋🙂

IN MEMORY ❤️ | Philip Thomas Metcalfe. Sadly passed away on Monday 18th March 2024 aged 78 years old.
He will be very much missed by his wife Bridget, Daughters Jacqui, Nikki & Julie, Son-In-Laws Chris & Steve, Daughter-In-Law Neava, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Brother, Sisters and all his Family & Friends.
The funeral will take place at St. Peter’s Church, Peterchurch on Monday 15th April at 11.00am.
Family Flowers only but donations if desired to Kidney Research UK & MND.
