🔻I was a newaza focused session this Thursday further refining the Georgian newaza series 🇬🇪. With transition from standing techniques, the juniors worked on recognising the entry from multiple positions.

🔻With seniors we recovered Ippon Seionage principles and practised drop seionage 🦾. We worked on defending the drop technique 🦍 moving directly into attacks and defences including the clock strangle 🕖 and start of the juji gatame roll and defence 🦔.
