Friday night is judo night at Sankaikuni Judo with a great turn out and some fantastic judo in both the junior and senior sessions.
Ellie sensei lead the juniors practicing moving Uchi Komi on Ouchi Gari and plenty of Newaza and Randori. Whilst I lead the senior class looking at some basics.
