๐ปI was a great junior session on Sunday further working on Ippon Seionage ๐ฆถ๐ป๐๐ป position & hip drive. We introduced SeioToshi for the young ones & gripping change setup for older players. We worked on the ๐ wing turnover & catch in Newaza. Lots of fun & ๐พfinished what a fun and enjoyable session.
