Excellent Session this past Wednesday! 🥋
Quieter than normal attendance for when we’ve hosted #WelshMastersJudo sessions previously, however those who were there grafted in the cold and all took away lessons to work on.👏🏻🏴
Our head coach led input on useful gripping strategies for a selection of Tachiwaza techniques, focusing on grips for the Kuzushi, Tsukuri & Kake elements of throws! Nigel also led a short Newaza input linked to Juji-gatame.
Thank you to the clubs who visited and supported, always welcome at our dojo. We look forward to hosting more collaborative sessions in 2024!
