Day 2 completed at the #HAF2022 Easter Judo Camp at CGSG, everyone worked hard throughout the day and we look forward to Day 3 tomorrow, where we will be learning more about the fantastic sport of judo, the country from where it came, Japan and their language, as well of course as learning why we need to keep active and eat well, and all this under the watchful eye of World Masters Silver medallist Caz Rawlings and Medway Coach of the Year Eddie Orgee #MedwayGo #waldersladejudo #medwayjudo #britishjudo #senshukenjudo #swalejudo

Lots of fun, good food, (from Forks and corks in Rochester) and lots of great judo practice was had by all our participants at the #MedwayGo summer judo camp organised by #Medwaysport this week, well done to all those who took part and we hope some of them keep up their active lifestyles going by taking up judo with #waldersladejudo

We had a brilliant 4 days delivering the HAF Summer Camp for MedwayGo, lots of enthusiastic children participating in a healthy activity and great lunches as well, well done all those who came along 😋
