A very energetic session tonight at the club. 5 Dan grades on the mat including Clément, from our French sister club, Mayenne Judo Club. Tonight's two hour session was learning a few "Old School" techniques along with plenty of newaza and tachi-waza. It was also nice to see Jemima back on the mat after a few years away.
