An enjoyable evening at the club last night as we welcomed Paralympians Evan Molloy (GB) and Liana Mutia (USA) onto the mat before they both head for Paris. The young judoka on the mat were reminded that Evan started at Devizes Budo Club at the same age as them and worked extremely hard to get where he is today. Evan and Liana spoke with parents and judoka about the forthcoming games and gave words of encouragement to the younger members. We all wished them luck for the Paralympic games and it was great having them on the mat.
