This Saturdays Yawara Kwai jujitsu session for one week only will be a boxing masterclass @ NBRFC ran my Sensei Paul Thomas.

Juniors 9.30-10.30
Seniors 10.30-12.00

Please wear your gi bottoms and club T-shirt or shorts and club T-shirt.

Plain T-shirt is fine if you don’t have a club top.

Bring plenty of water as you will be worked hard.

This is open to all
