The next NHC Area Training day is SOON - Sunday 9th June - Bishops Stortford Judo Club.
These are fantastic sessions and opportunities not only to experience new coaches and techniques, but also to train and randoori with players from other clubs in a safe and friendly environment.
1000-1145am – Session 1 (minimum age 8yr’s), U10’s (2014-2015), Minors (2012-2013), Pre-Cadets (2010-2011)
1215-1400pm – Session 2 Cadets (2007-2009), Juniors (2004-2006), Seniors (2003+), Masters (30yr’s +)
The session will be led by Martin Rance, 5th Dan (NHC Area Technical and Co
