We were honoured and delighted to welcome two visitors.
Tryst Judo club's very own "Connor Murphy" and all the way from Sunny Brighton "Rowan Kinsella".
Fellow GB team mate of Oor Chris. Rowan came prepared to go to war and showed us all exactly why he is a member of the Adaptive GB team. A credit to them and his club.
Conor showed what an asset he is to Tryst Judo club by demonstrating some great movement and technique.
Thank you very much gentlemen, everyone enjoyed the practice all the more for having you visit 😁👏🥋❤️
