SESSION UPDATE!
Due to our sessions becoming very busy now the early sessions on Saturday mornings (Adult sessions )will now need to be restricted to athletes over the age of 12 and with a minimum grade of 6th Mon.
However, should this minimum requirement be met, the final decision on an athletes participation is at coaches discretion. We understand this will be disappointing for some of our young people but it is not safe now for younger inexperienced athletes to be in this session now the numbers have increased.
