The juniors had a different warmup at the start of their session, turtles, then exercises, stretches and cartwheels which are still improving. For the main part of their session they worked on Ouchi Gari. It was broken down into parts, firstly the circular motion of the attacking leg which was practised using a cone and moving the leg around the cone to create the circular motion.
