⛩ FUNDAY SUNDAY
⭕️ It was a productive and enjoyable session on the mat this morning with the juniors. After a thorough warm up we developed a number of standing Uchi Komi drills with grip changes. After some newaza randori we finished the session with lots of fun and games.
🔴 Starting on the ground with Newaza turnover drills and randori. We moved to our feet working on griping exchanges setting up a cross corset grip and throws including transition to Juji Gatame. We finished a great session with 5x 3:30m standing randori.
