Some more exciting news, but not as exciting as Ruby’s medal yesterday….

We are thinking of putting a Sunday 6pm Juniors session on, aimed at competition preparation and stepping it up. Would parents be interested? Drop them off and get some time to get school uniforms sorted for the week!

We are also looking at a Seniors “introduction to grappling arts” class at 7pm on a Sunday, which will be a joint session with the BJJ club in the centre to teach the basics of breakfalling, basic self defence and basic techniques to take you into either the Judo or BJJ classes. Thoughts?
