A fab night at Par last night!!
Lots of shiny new belts and stripes were given out in our latest grading (I’ll post pics next week…how do you forget to take pictures of the first class?! 🤦🏻‍♀️😆) Well done guys!!

Most importantly of all one of our assistant coaches, Amber was awarded her black belt after successfully passing her technical Dan grading last week. Ross even came to embarrass her about how long he’s known her 😆
